PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS
If you are interested in making a change to the exterior of your home, or a change anywhere on your lot, you need to obtain prior written approval before the project is started. This includes, but is not limited to, solar, satellite dishes, landscape modifications, installation of air conditioning equipment or water filtration systems, concrete service walkways, arbors, pools, improvements penetrating the exterior of the home, changing of exterior fixtures etc.
