Per the City Attorney's direction, the City considers the grading and slope concerns associated with the Residential Unit Entitlement (RUE) to be a private matter between affected property owners and Lennar Homes.

Accordingly, the City will not be pursuing any further code enforcement action related to these matters and will no longer be involved in the RUE or associated grading and slope issues.

Residents are advised that no further action from the City is anticipated regarding these matters. Any property owner seeking additional resolution should work directly with Lennar Homes or consult with private legal counsel to determine what remedies, if any, may be available.

The City has fulfilled applicable Public Records Act requests by providing available records and survey information maintained by the City to requesting individuals in accordance with the law.
